The office of the Damongo Constituency member of parliament has distributed mathematical sets to some 902 candidates in the Damongo Constituency who are preparing to write the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination slated to take place on 7th August,2023.
The Mathematical Sets, according to Mr Bawah Fuseini,coordinator of the office of the Damongo MP is meant to help resource and as well motivate the candidates to successfully write their final exams. He hinted again that the MPs outfit will also take up the cost of transportation of all the candidates who are far from the examination centers.
Earlier, the office of the member of parliament presented to the West Gonja Municipal Education directorate a cash amount of Ghc 80,000 financial support as part of his annual contributions to organize extra classes and mock exams for this years BECE candidates to prepare them for the final examinations.
The amount was presented to the Municipal Education Director on behalf of the MP by the Mr Bawa Fuseini on Friday 19th May 2023.
902 candidates across the Constituency is set to take part in this years BECE examination and as part of the MPs annual support for the education sector, he will be in the two examination centers to have a word with them before the first paper on 7th August, 2023.
