Second lady Mrs Samira Bawumia has urged the people of the Damongo constituency to retain the minister for lands and natural resources
Hon Samuel Abu Jinapor as the member of parliament for the Damongo constituency for continues development in the area.
Addressing 100s of party faithfuls at the Achubunyor electoral area in the Damongo constituency of the Savannah Region on Friday 25th October,2024, Mrs Samira Bawumia indicated that Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor has brought a lot of transformation in all sectors of development to the constituency and will do even much better with Dr Mamoud Bawumia as the President of Ghana.
She indicated that everyone in the Damongo constituency can testify apart from the creation of the Savannah Region with the Damongo as the regional capital,there is a total change in the Damongo township including the employment of many of the youth in the Constituency.
She used the opportunity to address the Fulani community and also took them through the voting process.
She urged them to remember to vote for Dr Bawumia and Abu Jinapor since it is the NPP that cares for them and will soon see their very own as the first President of Ghana.
The member of parliament for the Damongo constituency, Samuel Abu Jinapor in an address mentioned his achievements in the Constituency and told the people of the Damongo constituency that the latest scam is what his opponents is going round peddling falsehood of putting writing the names of voters especially women in the Constituency with the promise of giving them money after election 2024.
He said sharing monies to women should have taken place when the NDC was in power and not today.
Meanwhile, Alhaji Iddrisu Sulemana a.k.a Professor Kalamonia has assured the Fulani community that anybody who frightens any of them during, before and after the election should be reported to him for redress.
