The member of Parliament for the Yapei-Kusawgu constituency Hon. John Abdulai Jinapor has paid a total amount of Ghc400,000 as school fees for tertiary students in his constituency for the 2023/2024 academic year.
The support forms part of his support for brilliant but needy tertiary students in the Yapei-Kusawgu constituency.
Over one thousand students have so far benefited from the MPs' educational support in the Yapei-Kusawgu Constituency.
Hon Jinapor in a speech encouraged the beneficiaries to ensure that they make good use of the opportunity and work hard to graduate successfully for the betterment of their families and the constituency .
He promised to always come to their aid as their member of parliament since one of his priorities is to see the growth and improvement of education in the Constituency.
The member of parliament has over the years supported many students in the Constituency as this is not his first time of paying fees for students as the member of parliament for the area irrespective of their political affiliations.
