In his address, Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I urged the students to remain disciplined, focused, and to serve as good ambassadors of Gonjaland in China. He advised them to stay committed to their studies and to remember that their success will bring pride and development to the Savannah Region.
The students also received counseling and blessings from chiefs and queen mothers present at the palace, who encouraged them to uphold integrity, humility, and hard work throughout their academic journey.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mahama Jewu Kamal-Deen expressed profound gratitude to the Yagbonwura and the Bii-Kunuto Scholarship Fund for the life-changing opportunity.
